Where do excursions depart from?
Departures are planned from the Malé / Hulhumalé area. The exact jetty and arrival instructions will be confirmed before any booking is accepted.
Can I book a private experience?
Yes. Private group requests are available for couples, families, friends and corporate groups. Prices depend on group size. All trips remain subject to verified vessel capacity and operator approval.
Are children welcome?
Minimum ages, child prices and participation requirements are awaiting operator confirmation. Include children in your enquiry so eligibility and pricing can be checked.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Requirements vary by activity and are awaiting confirmation. Tell us about your swimming ability when requesting an excursion. The shark activity format has not yet been confirmed.
What is included, and how long is the trip?
Equipment, refreshments, transfers and duration will be specified by the operator before you book. They are not currently included as confirmed promises.
What happens if the weather changes?
Trips depend on safe sea and weather conditions. The final cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be provided before payment.
Are dolphin and shark sightings guaranteed?
No. Marine wildlife is wild and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Can I pay online?
Online payment is not yet enabled. BML checkout will open after merchant setup and operating details are verified. No payment is collected through enquiry forms.
